Return/refund policy

We will accept returns if and only if the item(s) return to us unopened, untouched and in the same condition they were delivered to the client.

We will be very strict into accepting returns and making refunds, and customer have to provide us with a good reasoning.

Customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order, to arrange refund or replacement.

Returns shipment cost should be paid by customer, unless it was our fault such as item(s) were delivered to them in a not-perfect situation or the wrong item(s) were shipped.
